Get to Market Street and coming from the direction of Downtown San Francisco, head toward the direction of Twin Peaks. You need to go toward Castro Street. On Market just before Castro you will pass Noe Street. Once you have passed Noe stay or get on the far right lane. Approach Castro St. and cross Castro. To your immediate right on the corner is an ARCO gas station. Once you have crossed Castro on Market and staying on the far right lane, you should find yourself on 17th Street. Go all the way up almost to the top of the hill. You will cross three stop signs. On the fourth stop sign you will stop and make a right turn onto Roosevelt Street. This is a very winding street. Follow Roosevelt all the way until you come to the first stop sign. Stay on the right lane to continue on Roossevelt. Shortly after, you will pass Levant Street to your right. Proceed slowly. A short distance from Levant is a bend on the road. As you approach the bend you will make a right turn onto Museum Way. There are signs for the museum on Roosevelt, but it will be dark and the signs might be hard to see. Go all the way to the end of Museum Way. To your left you will find the parking lot and the Museum.
